Moving in to Sunset Valley. There are a couple (like 5) fully built houses that you can buy either fully furnished, or with nothing in them. I chose to buy a fully furnished 1 bed room 1 bath room house (leaving me with 15 bucks), but it looks pretty good.  The few houses around me have no one living in them.

Instead of using a computer or newspaper to get a job i went to the actual place i wanted to get a job and got a Culinary job at Hogan’s Deep-Fried Diner, because everything taste better deep fried.

Unlike The Sims, or The Sims 2 you do not need to make a certain number of friend to get the next promotion. Your skills, boss, coworker, and mood all factor to if you get a promotion or not. When you are work there a drop down where you can change what your doing at work. For instances you could work harder, talk with coworkers, suck up to the boss, practice a work related skill). So if you want to improve your relationship with co-workers while your at work set the drop down to talk to coworkers and it will happen with out you having to do it.
