I haven’t had internet since Friday…. Saturday- Sunday every time i called them the first person could hear me, but when they transferred me to someone who could help me, they couldn’t hear me…
Finally after the 6th call i just kind of yelled at the first person who admitted that transferring calls was not working (ie the other person could not hear you). They had people working on it, but according to the script they follow they must still transfer the call even though they know no one will be able to hear the caller after that.
So Monday for about 4 hour the internet worked… Then i woke up Tuseday and it did not… Call ATT again. Got some lady (sounded like from India) Who was following the script, but didn’t under stand it.
Ie, unplugg you modem for 30 second then plug it back in…. (with out a break), you should now see 3 green light… And i’m like… um i need to wait 30 seconds…. She even repeated the script twice word for word as if she got lost 1/2 way down the page and went back to some random spot a little higher.
Finaly she made a ticket for me to get someone from ATT to come to my house today….
Hopfuly they fix the problem i want my internet
