Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I know it is tradition to have a turkey, and that we should eat enough to feed a small country and then some…. But we should give up the Turkey and eat something that is more of a Modern American dish, and not a Traditional Dish.

So Next year for Thanks giving i am going to make a Bacon Explosion… What is a Bacon Explosion.. 1 pounds of Sausage, with crumbled bacon, raped in 1 pound of Bacon. Covered in BBQ sauce, and cook on a BBQ for 2-3 hours…
