Yes welcome back to the fade mages….
So this is a long long… long part of the game. After you have killed Duccan you’ll see a map of the fade, and there 9 zone in the fade.
When you get to the second zone (The Raw Fade) you’ll meet Niall who is trapped in the fade with you. Go around this zone and you’ll eventually get mouse form that will help you though the zones. If you follow the portals, you will eventually get back to where you started.
Once your at the start again head to Darkspawn Invasion. You will have to use your Mouse form in this zone to make it to the end, Once you get near the end you’ll find a Templar under attack by Darkspawn, kill the darkspawn and the templar will give you Spirt form, (this will let you move though the hidden doors).
Next zone your going to complete is the Buring Tower, This zone will give you fire form. Most of the mob in this zone are fire mob, and ice spell you have will bring them down really quickly.
Next zone is Mage Asunder you will have to use all the forms you have acquired to make it to the last form which is need, (Stone Golem form).
Now that you have all 4 forms you can defeat the 5 demi-deamon in each of the 5 zones (The Raw fade, Darkspawn Invasion, Buring tower, Mage Asunder and Templar Nightmare).
Before you go off the the boss make sure you finish off the nightmare zone. Each of your party members is stuck in a nightmare, freeing them will allow them to help you on the boss
