I made it to level 74 tonight. And getting pretty close to done with the quest in Fens of Nathsar. Fens is a different place than Kylong Plains. With the Kylong plains you got your quests at the starting place and followed the story around. You were pretty much lead from quest camp to quest camp until you are done. There only really 1 faction and thats about it..
Fen is a different animal than Kylong Plains. First there is not just 1 faction. There are multiple faction. Riliss, the Iksar faction, and dominate faction of the zone, and the quest series you start off with. Balthezid, the Sarnak faction, and they are currently struggling against the Iksar. Then there are 3 minor faction. Omen’s Call, which seem to be a human faction, Droga Exiles, there are Giants, and goblins (or what ever there called), And finaly the Bellywhumper faction.
The Riliss and the Balthezid faction have you as kill on sight tell you gain enough faction (normaly 1 or 2 quest)
Now while there is a small progression that does kind of lead you around the zone, it is not the best way to play the zone. The reason for this is each camp has quest that spawn from 71/72 to 74/75, And most of the majorty story line for each camp end in a Heroic quest or 2 that give legendary items.
So my suggestions is to follow the progression of the zone until you are don with Sathir’s Span. At which point i would move to Balthezid and gain enough faction tell you are no longer killed on sigh (you will hurt you Riliss faction, but not much, and won’t effect anything). Then pick up all the quest there, Head off to Omen’s call and pick up all the quest there. Then head to Riliss and pick up all the quest there. You will have ike 30 quest in your quest book by now. Just go threw the lower level ones and complete them.
I would wait until you are 73 to move the Exile of Droga, and Bellywhumper faction as they tend to be harder. Also while you are in this zone, There are 2 special book collections. You probably have noticed them, the pages are called loose page, or crumpled page. The location of each page is in this zone and is constant, so make sure you complete both of these before you move on. (They are level 75 collection so you’ll get slight more xp than the quest here). And each book has a quest in it so you’ll get even more xp.

Sounds interesting on the faction front, thanks for posting this. I must admit when DoF came out I didnt look at the factions much and was more interested in hammering out the quests form the beach. I ended up with good Blades faction but I didnt research it. At least this time around I can take my time and have a good look at the factions and maybe stay friendly with them all.
